I’m Kelly Rodas

I’m a pediatric occupational therapist who specializes in feeding therapy for young eaters. Through clinical, in-home, and school therapy, I have become driven to help children and families who struggle with selective eating or medical limitations to learn how to eat and enjoy mother nature’s bounty.

I am also a whole-food enthusiast who doesn’t want to be limited to the narrow ‘health and wellness’ genre of food options. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder of the digestive tract, Crohn’s disease, I had to adjust my diet in a variety of ways to help myself heal. However, placing limitations on inflammatory foods, such dairy, gluten and animal products, combined with my love of home cooking, expanded my food repertoire 10 fold. I learned how to re-create my favorite international inspired dishes, but without the heaviness, guilt. or stomach pains.

Nourishing our bodies should be enjoyed and not a struggle. This is a space where families can access all the feeding resources they need in one place to make mealtimes fun and learn creative cooking strategies along the way.
